The Department of Labor is sponsoring a free event for Denver-area employers to receive information on overtime regulations, job safety and health, pension protection, affirmative action programs, veteran’s re-employment rights, employer reporting requirements when dealing with union officers, and family and medical leave. DOL agencies represented include: Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Wage and Hour Division, Women’s Bureau, Office of Labor Management Standards, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, Veterans Employment and Training Services, Employee Benefit and Security Administration, Regional Solicitor of Labor and the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
