National Industries for the Blind Fellowship for Leadership Development
Are you an individual who is blind, excels at your job, and sets high goals for yourself?
Do you want to gain the skills and experience necessary to take your career to the next level?
Would you like both on-the-job and classroom experience dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of business leadership?
If you answered yes to all of these questions, the Fellowship for Leadership Development sponsored by National Industries for the Blind (NIB) may be for you.
The Fellowship is a two-year program that combines on-the-job experience with formal management training. Fellows are blind individuals who demonstrate leadership competencies and a high potential to succeed and prosper in a management position. At the completion of the Fellowship, successful fellows will be placed in professional managerial positions within NIB and the network of NIB associated agencies.
NIB is now accepting applications for a new Fellowship to begin in January 2006.
