Patrick Stewart Human Rights Scholarship

Amnesty International USA's Patrick Stewart Human Rights Scholarship offers students a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of human rights. Scholarships are awarded to promising student human rights activists to complete summer internships or other creative human rights projects in the U.S. or abroad. Most combine development of activist skills with training or research, typically last from 4 weeks to 3 months, and range from $600 to $1,800 to be used for travel, lodging, materials, etc.

Who Can Apply

The scholarship is open to high school, college, and graduate students of any nationality attending U.S. schools and to U.S. citizens studying abroad.
